Senior counsel and a hands-on operator, in one person.

I've spent more than 20 years building and leading customer experience, support, and operations, from 450-person contact centers to SaaS support and customer teams across startups and multinationals.

I started Jamieson Consulting to do the work the way I always wanted to: directly, without layers, and accountable for outcomes. When you hire me, you get me. I bring the strategy and I stay for the execution, whether that means advising your leaders or stepping into the seat myself.

My belief is simple. Growth is only worth it if the organization gets stronger as it gets bigger, and if customers feel it at every interaction.
